The company owns a fleet of earth moving plant and equipment that includes:

  •           Tractor dumpers & Tipper trucks
  •           Motorised graders
  •           Vibratory and pneumatic tyred roller compactors
  •           Thirty tonne trucks
  •           Many other essential pieces of construction equipment.

The company has a fully equipped workshop manned by highly qualified mechanics for  service and maintenance of the plant and equipment.

KEY PERSONNEL

The company employs highly qualified and experienced personnel in all its key departments. Key personnel include:

Ian the current managing director of the company is a qualified diesel fitter with over 25years experience in working with earthmoving plant. He formed Chiswell in 1996 with a fleet of five tractors and the company has grown to include a number of heavy earthmoving equipment.

Wonder the contracts manager has more than 26 years post graduate experience in both the mining and construction industry. He has been with the company for more than 8years and he was the Contracts Manager with the Gulliver Group before he joined the company. He has considerable experience in the construction of civil engineering projects within the country and within the region (SADC).

Phillip is a class1 diesel plant fitter with over 20years of post apprentice experience He was appointed workshop foreman in 2010.

Sultan is a class 1 diesel plant fitter and is the current workshop manager for just over 10 years now. He has been with the company since its inception starting off as a diesel plant fitter.
